Refunds
The Plan is a one-time purchase: €590 (EUR) for the first ten Plans and €1,250 from Plan 11. Both prices buy the same complete Plan. Checkout confirms the current price before payment. A full refund applies when Answerworthy cannot produce a substantive report because of an internal service failure, or when the submitted site falls outside the stated scope before analysis begins — for example, a login-gated application with no public marketing pages to audit. Once a substantive report has been reviewed and delivered, the fee is non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a further right to a refund.
Delivery and fulfilment
Answerworthy is a digital service; nothing is physically shipped. After Stripe confirms payment, you receive a private, tokenized report link in your browser and, when email delivery is configured, a completion notice and a branded PDF at the address you submitted. Curated reports are reviewed by the operator before release. If a report is going to miss the stated delivery window, we will email you.
Cancellation
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before analysis begins or before your reviewed report is released to you. To cancel, email alexander@answerworthy.md with the report email address you used at checkout; we will confirm by email and process any refund back to your original Stripe payment method. Your bank may take several business days to display the refund.
Standalone purchase
The report price covers the complete audit and action handoff described at checkout. It creates no subscription, service retainer or follow-on purchase obligation.
Disputes
If a charge looks wrong or a report has not arrived as expected, contact alexander@answerworthy.md first — most issues are resolved directly and faster than a card-network dispute. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If you file a chargeback with your card issuer instead, we will respond with the evidence Stripe requires, including delivery timestamps, report-link access logs and prior correspondence.
Your consumer rights
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, nothing in this policy limits rights granted by mandatory consumer-protection law, including any statutory right that applies to digital content and services. Those rights sit alongside, and take priority over, the policy above.
Payments and accepted cards
Payments are collected in EUR through Stripe Checkout and processed securely by Stripe (PCI DSS); your card details never touch Answerworthy’s servers. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard and American Express, subject to availability in your country.
